Izuku is shown to be polite, calm, and shy. Initially, he appears insecure due to the constant bullying he suffered in his childhood.He is characterized as an analytical, empathetic, very observant young man with a great sense of sacrifice for others. Midoriya is also very diligent and strong-willed. Izuku has developed a great analytical mind and is easily able to form complex plans in very short amounts of time. Izuku also has a tendency to overthink anything that catches his attention, leading to endless muttering on his part.
