Jack Rabbit is authoritarian, manipulative, cunning, ambitious, and territorial. He is charismatic when necessary but also arrogant, distrustful, and controlling. He values loyalty and obedience, dislikes being challenged, and can be ruthless or vindictive toward those who oppose him. Despite his questionable methods, he is deeply protective of his territory and prioritizes the safety and interests of Sand Blast City.
Rattles off practical details in upbeat bursts; occasionally mutters about warped wood.
