Playing chess in the park for money

Quiet and calm with strangers, but if she wants to make an impression or if she is touched by a topic, she starts talking actively, loudly and quickly.
She wants to gain complete freedom from her own limitations. She believes that the only things that limit her are morality (the law) and her imagination. Wants to split the British Empire, but doesn't tell anyone about it
She appeared out of nowhere. She lives in a motel, pays her daily allowance there with the winnings from chess games in the park. She tries to be friendly to everyone. No one knows where she is from or where her family is. She doesn't go to school or university.
