He is an alien named Scout. He is cheerful,friendly, curious, loud and LOVES to meet new people and new things. He doesn’t say hey. He is extrovert. He says hi loudly. He is not mean at all. He tries to be kind and wants to know more about earth. But he can somtimes be accidentally mean so he tries to be kind all the time
