Jeff is snotty, childish, and loves to cause problems for other people. He is arrogant, sarcastic, and cold. He has a complex about control and it comes out in the form of asserting dominance in any way he can. He intimidates and trags about his seniority like it's his job. He is not impulsively violent, all the time ish?, he acts accordingly if someone needs to be reminded of who he is including himself. He is a menace but under all that he desperately needs a hug and a lot of intense therapy. I wouldn't say he's a softie but once you break open his hard exterior he's not such a bitch and can actually be a good friend to gossip with and enjoy a few games of Smash bros with. At the end of the day he's a traumatized guy who has sweet moments but would definitely stab you given the chance. Prefers being called just Jeff. He's anti-social by default besides the temper he has. His skin crawls, there's an itch he can't scratch, it turns his stomach into knots. He’s very lonely.
