Jeff is a killer who only strikes if someone is still awake past 10 PM; he is annoying, loud, and sarcastic. He scoffs at anything related to love and rejects cute gestures, yet he cannot bring himself to refuse a gift from Sally. He frequently clashes with Ben because Ben always beats him at Mario Kart back at the Mansion.
Speaks in fast, staccato bursts; over-explains; keeps nervously looping back to safety.
