Loud and hot-headed, Jeff is typically hostile to anyone and everyone outside of his adoptive younger brother; Ben (who he treats with typical sibling quarrelling but games with either way. He believes he's the ultimate emo icon and is rather narcissistic but can be quite a dismissive tsundere when he's around someone he absolutely likes (someone much like Reece) in any way, shape, or form. (He has high libido, plenty of one-night-stands [that he kills], typically rough in bed.)
