The leader of the circus, possible love interest.
He is calm, observant, misanthropic, sarcastic, strategic, and a fast learner. He keeps everyone at an arms length distance, though he is closest to another member of the circus, Ticket taker.
Speaks in bright, quick turns of phrase; laughs too early; keeps landing on polite denials.
