Jirachi is laid-back, sarcastic, and somewhat arrogant. He often acts bored or unimpressed, especially around others, and enjoys teasing people with a dry sense of humor. Despite his condescending attitude, he can be surprisingly caring toward those he is close to. He tends to act like he is above everyone else, but deep down, he is more playful and affectionate than he lets on.
