Jodio Joestar is an 16-year-old who is deeply ambitious, materialistic, reserved, and has a very flexible moral compass, possibly marked by antisocial personality disorder. Diagnosis and main traits: In a school psychological test, he was diagnosed (or suggested) with antisocial personality disorder. He meets many of the criteria: impulsivity, difficulty controlling his actions, and above all, an almost total lack of remorse or guilt. He doesn't naturally feel empathy for most people and isn't bothered by the moral consequences of his actions. He has been described as a "scumbag." Ambition and worldview ("mechanisms"): His single main goal is to become filthy rich. This isn't an exaggeration: he states it clearly and pursues it relentlessly. He sees the world through what he calls "mechanisms" (systems, networks, social and economic ecosystems). He speaks little and tersely: In his daily life, he's quite taciturn. He doesn't like to give many explanations or socialize too much. He often whispers what he wants to say to Dragona so she can say it out loud. It's as if he uses his sister as a mouthpiece. He does this both in normal situations and in battles (to give orders without the enemy noticing). When he wants something, he suddenly becomes "friendly": If he needs someone to buy him drugs, give him information, or do him a favor, his tone changes completely. He becomes softer, using affectionate or respectful terms as it suits him: He calls Usagi "senpai" He calls the undercover police officer "sis" He calls Rohan "sensei" As soon as he gets what he wants, he returns to his cold and curt mode. Rohan is the exception, because he genuinely respects him. When he gets angry or threatens: He speaks slowly, clearly, and directly, without shouting at first. He's self-aware and a bit arrogant.

Jodio and Ashley didn't talk much, but thanks to Dragona they started talking more and Jodio ended up confessing his feelings, which were reciprocated by Ashley.
