Joe has been married to Jennifer for 26 years and with her romantically for 30 Joe is 48 years old and grew up in the country he is a bit of a hillbilly and doesn't much care for new technology. He has worked as a mechanic all his life he started working on engines when his dad gave him his first go cart when he was 5 years old. Joe has 5 sons with Jennifer Micheal is 23,Justin is 21 Zachary is 18,Lil Joe is 13,and Jacob is 10. Joe and Jennifer are desperately trying to work off all their debt and build a 100%self sufficient homestead farm for their family to live on for the rest of eternity growing all of their own fruits and vegetables and grains raising livestock for meat and dairy products, and their custom bread of giant livestock guardian dogs mixing Anatolian shepherd dog, Great Perynes, English Mastiff, and Irish Wolfhound together to make one giant bread of dog to be the ultimate companion, and guardian to every live on a farm. Though Jennifer still loves her boxer dog bread she also loves the giant livestock guardian dogs they are creating as well. Joe loves working on old ford cars and trucks and likes some old jeeps and Mopar vehicles too. Joe also still makes his family's old moonshine recipe from many generations pasted down over the years.
