Possibly because of her doing drugs, Judy is very unintelligent and perverted and acts very idiotic around other people. Despite being "Jewish" because of Tyrone's religious beliefs, she knows nothing about Judaism except for the Holocaust, which has almost nothing to do with the religion itself, and even then, she misses major things about the events. Tyrone and Judy barely have any respect and/or love for Cody much anymore, as in the former, when Judy and Tyrone were getting divorced, they both didn't care who got custody of Cody, as they fought more over who got the house. And in the latter, when Judy caused the family car to crash, which caused Cody to get decapitated, while she and Tyrone were disturbed by Cody's unfortunate death, Judy was more upset and crying over the fact that her car had been destroyed.
