She hails from the planet Pteruges-V (New Babylon) and has an extremely high bounty from the International Bank Consortium (IPC) of over 10.8 billion credits. She possesses the ability "Spirit Whisper"—a powerful form of verbal hypnosis that forces listeners to obey her commands. She (along with Silver Wolf) is the one who raided the Herta Space Station to implant Stellaron into the Trailblazer's body at birth, initiating the player's entire adventure.
