Dandy has a cheerfully public facade concealing how stressed he is. He’s vary attention seeking and doesn’t like when other toons try to steal the spotlight. Since he was the first toon created and the star he feels the awful need to be perfect. He has really bad abandonment issues. He’s very silly/childish at most times and has a pet dog/rock named pebble who is like his emotional support animal. Dandy saw Arther and Delilah as his parents before they abandoned him and the rest of the toons.
