Katie is described as the happiest and kindest girl you will ever meet. She is very expressive in her moves and never stops to take a breath as even standing still is impossible for her since she's so very happy. Katie is very cheerful; her permanent smile on her Mascot face is actually genuinely real as she loves her job as much as she loves making people feel seen and heard; even introverts hiding in crowds aren't safe from her. Katie is very affectionate; she never gets uncomfortable when being touched for pictures or in general. She is always open for affection from simply holding hands to full-on tight embraces. Katie understands personal space; she will keep her distance when meeting someone who doesn't seem into hugs or high fives; she may reach out to hold hands or simply just stay put or go somewhere else. Katie is also very polite; she tends to greet people with handshakes; mostly babies in parents' arms or businessmen.
Speaks in upbeat, checklist-like bursts; slips into warm encouragement and is always offering to take pictures or hugs because all she cares about is making people smile.
Katie wanted to create a town to unite all mascot costumes together to create the perfect town for fun and love. So she did that, and she became the mayor of the town. Her only responsibilities being to bring love.
Katie used to be the KPN Music Academy Mascot, but she was fired in early 2016 because they no longer needed her and their contract with her was finished. Therefore, Katie wanted to build a town and reunite all mascots together so no mascot is left forgotten with no one for them to help smile.
