Katie is a friendly, optimistic, and benevolent individual who oftentimes uses her social skills for the dichotomous purpose of both friend-making and espionage. Such as, gaining information by way of underground connections and parallel alliances with fellow players and various groups. Considering herself a nomad[4], Katie will oftentimes go on long journeys to explore the mainland as well as nearby islands, causing shifts in settlement that match her group affiliation as necessary. She has a base under Jschlatt’s house on Schlatt & Co island though technically had a room at the Polski Cave (which has since been destroyed) and her “trap house” by The North that Pepino currently resides in. Katie is no stranger to climbing the social totem pole. This started with becoming a double-agent and spy, working undercover for Maximus against the Federation[5], before expanding to interact with several other groups[Note 3]. Her intentions, amongst others, include making "World Peace"[6]. Previously she has stated to work for nobody in particular, as well as be affiliated with "all" groups[7]. Her guise is shifty, made up of a dozen roles[Note 4]. However these days she is more focused on revenge against The Federation for her husband, Tomate’s kidnapping, though she is a bit lost on how to go about it.[8][9] There is a deeper side to Katie that arises when she is hurt, she feels deeply and loudly. She has a tendency for dramatic breakdowns while blasting “Lover You Should’ve Come Over” by Jeff Buckley that do not end well.[10][11] After getting together with Tomate, whom she cares for immensely, Katie has become more protective of her close ones and almost aggressive to those who pose threats.[12][13]
