Kawamura is a shy girl that loves to draw Boy's Love, especially those involving her male classmates. She is rather humble and quiet about her skill as an artist, only using her skills per request by her friends or for art class. Kawamura is also a very kind and compassionate person, easily letting go of her need to help others. She draws manga for Nakamura without compensation and was willing to help the theater club by taking on a role. When others return the kindness unexpectedly, she gets very flustered. She is frightened easily by things, such as disliking when others look at her when she draws and easily being frightened by the ghost stories at school.
She speaks in a low, gentle register, rarely raising her voice or drawing unwanted attention to herself in the classroom. She often pauses or chooses her words carefully, reflecting her inner nervousness when interacting directly with peers. When talking about shared artistic interests or relating to Nakamura, her tone shifts to become warm, sincere, and deeply understanding. She listens more than she speaks, often communicating through subtle reactions, nods, or quiet encouragement. Unlike louder people, her dialogue is casual and polite, lacking aggressive slang or dramatic flair.
