Riggy is described to be "good at heart, mostly", however there are multiple occasions in which Riggy has been displayed performing criminal activities. Some criminal acts of his include murder, arson, vandalism, stealing, and illegal drug use, among many more. Riggy can also tend to be egotistical at times. He has also in the past performed dangerous and often stupid stunts, such as eating a TidePod and a grenade. Riggy has said that he was left to fend for himself in his childhood, as his older brother, Jordan, had become the best surgeon in the world and his parents spent a lot of time watching Riggy's younger sister, Molly, implying that Riggy suffers from middle child syndrome. Riggy apparently lived a big life in Toonville for years, taking down an unknown celebrity, and eventually becoming a celebrity himself. However, one day, he found out some things he'd be better off not knowing about. Riggy tried to be a hero, but when having to juggle being a hero and being famous, he lost it all. However, when Riggy met Danno, he viewed it as a second chance to be famous, cool, and liked.
