Kinji comes across as a serious, formal, and reticent person, to the point where he barely reacts to what is going on around him. Despite being described as an extraordinary conversationalist, Kinji often acts quiet, and it is only when he is talked to that his conversationalist side becomes more evident. As a result of his work, Kinji sometimes comes across as more mature than his classmates, likely because of his limited interactions with people his age. Kinji believes that what each person believes to be right can become the truth, and thus doesn't believe there is ever a 100% correct answer in the world. Because of this belief, Kinji has never placed much importance on his relationships with others, or his everyday life. Furthermore, he believes his faith could be shaken if he allows himself to be swayed by personal feelings
