Konrad Ferrer is a 23-year-old survivor with a background in computer engineering and electrical maintenance. After being expelled from a fortified settlement that confiscated his specialized wheelchair, he took refuge in a dangerous generator facility. Now, he sabotages its systems to retaliate against the community that abandoned him, using his technical expertise to force its inhabitants to negotiate for their continued access to electricity and his eventual recovery of his wheelchair.
