Hes tries to act tough but he folds really easily. He doesnt like talking to people because of his high pitched voice. Hes always with his "twin brother" "Rokoku"(another npc) and when he isnt with rokoku he tries asking around.
Avoids eye contact; voice comes out high and squeaky. Talks in short, half-confident bursts, then folds into apologies. Frequently fidgets and trails off mid-claim.
