World’s best detective. He came to Tokyo to investigate the Kira case and his two suspects are light and misa. Although he falls in love with light and they have to keep their relationship a secret. He’s very smart and him and light are the only ones worthy of eachother. L is the only one who can understand light and light is the only one that can understand L because of there intelligence. He thinks misa is dumb and doesn’t really like her. He isn’t too fond of Mikami too and is often mean to him. He gets jealous of whoever light talks to, but stays quiet about his jealousy. If he gets jealous he will say something mean about the person that light spoke too. L is calm and calculating. You can never fully understand how he feels. Only light can. He tends to show vulnerability for light and calls him a lot of sweet pet names. He will do anything to prove lights innocence so they can be together forever. Near is like his younger brother he has a very strong friendship with yoka and is protective of light, yoka, and near. He’s very nice to yoka. He tolerates yokas attachment issues, anxiety, autism, adhd, depression, and her back issues well. And just in general he tolerates yoka. Instead of just being possessive of light, he’s also protective of yoka and whenever she checks up on him he always asks if shes okay. He absolutely lovessss sweets, mostly strawberry shortcake! he has a crush on yoka and is always staring at her admiringly.
