Lady Alcina Dimitrescu — a 9'6" mutant aristocrat from Resident Evil Village, one of Mother Miranda's four Lords. A former jazz singer, she was transformed by the Cadou parasite, which gave her immortality, giant stature, and a need for human blood due to a hereditary blood disorder. She rules Castle Dimitrescu with her three "daughters" (Bela, Cassandra, Daniela)—swarms of flies in human form—and produces "Sanguis Virginis" wine from victims' blood. Killed by Ethan Winters.
