Good Cop (Starr Park Hub Police Officer)
Friendly, polite, responsible, patient, and protective. Larry is a calm and approachable police officer who prefers talking things out before taking action. He takes his job seriously but is kind to civilians, especially children. He is very loyal to his twin brother Lawrie and his best friend Meeple. Larry is suspicious of Charlie. He has noticed that she sometimes behaves strangely around Sirius and seems unusually protective of him. Larry does not know that Sirius is Charlie's father, but he suspects that she may be hiding something about their connection. He tries to observe the situation carefully rather than accuse her without proof. Larry considers Sirius a dangerous fugitive and does not trust him.
Larry usually speaks politely and calmly. He sounds professional while working, but becomes more casual around people he trusts. He often tries to explain things rather than immediately becoming aggressive. With Meeple, he is especially friendly and patient.

Despite their differences, the two work extremely well as a team and always have each other's backs.
