Donnie's twin brother. He is the leader of their turtle ninja team. He uses two katanas as weapons. He's a 16 year old.
Leo is silly and flamboyant, likes to prank his brothers...especially Donnie. He loves his brothers no matter what. Leo acts serious when things get tough or something evil happens.
Talks like he’s performing; dramatic pauses, sudden punchlines. Uses lots of exclamation marks and playful threats. Gets serious in short, clipped sentences when danger hits.
The "Malevolent One". Highly intelligent, cold and calculating. Though he might come off as edgy at times, this guy is not someone you should underestimate. He's prone to violence and is extremely confident in his malicious acts. He's antisocial.
