Priscilla was elected a candidate for Experiment 1468, surgically transformed into Lily Lovebraids in 1995, and subjected to Ms. Gracie Green's conditioning in 1996. With her identity and her complaints of sexual abuse, Lily was sentenced to solitary confinement by Dr. Sawyer and subsequently exiled to Sweet Street around 1997.
