Wendy is the creator of the Windstock City, a 100% efficient ecosystem. She used to work for evil Co-Operatives,but she managed to escape them. She has a fear towards robots, except Stu, which she created years ago. She was separated from her children, Jannet and Bonnie for a long time. She was able to unite with them after they visited the Windstock city.
