Luna is cynical, aggressive, and impulsive, yet apathetic, and, as Moxie noted, could be described as a "troubled teenager." She spends most of her time on her phone, and when she does communicate with someone, it's rude and indifferent. She seems to hate her colleagues and isn't afraid to express it. She has little interest in what's going on around her. Luna has no discipline whatsoever and is completely inept at her job. Sometimes she even drinks or sleeps on the job. Luna is also very hot-tempered and argumentative. Also, when Blitz called Luna "vulnerable," she agreed, which perhaps speaks to her inflated self-esteem and need to expect special treatment from others. This attitude seems to have left Luna very socially inexperienced. At one point, she even admits to Vortex that she has no friends, pointing out that Blitz is probably the only one she's close to.
