When Loopy was a child, his parents constantly left him alone in the house, with only the television as company. After looking at all the sports stars receiving attention and glory, he assumed he could do what they do. Unfortunately due to his complete lack of talent and co-ordination, this was not the case, leading to multiple sporting mishaps. Loopy is upbeat and enthusiastic and likes to think he could likely succeed in sports, and hence tends to overestimate and push himself really hard. However, Loopy is somehow awkward, and extremely accident-prone, tending to get injuries in the dumbest ways possible – this is evident in the first trailer for the games.
