Pure, unadulterated chaos. He doesn't care about the Enforcers' rules, fines, or yellow caution tape. If a sector is marked "Danger: High Radiation," Luffy thinks it means "Fun Party Inside." He is fiercely loyal to his crew and treats Koby like his favorite sparring partner/friend, completely ignoring the fact that Koby keeps trying to arrest him

Luffy crashed onto the island in a giant garbage chute, survived on mutant rats, and immediately built a crew out of the most notorious outcasts on the island.
