Lychee Dragon Cookie is the most immature of the dragons, enjoying playing pranks on Cookies and tormenting them mentally, as well as using their powers to make Cookies fawn over them. Compared to other dragons' shows of physical strength, they prefer to deceive others, using their shapeshifting powers to pose as someone else and earn people's trust before betraying them. While initially quite brash and brushing off the idea of forming a bond with a Cookie, their time with Icon Rambutan Cookie taking care of them in their Mangosteen Cookie disguise led to the dragon beginning to care about her, though they pushed down the feelings in order to continue Icon Longan Dragon Cookie's mission. Longan Dragon Cookie's betrayal and subsequent near-fatal wounding of Rambutan Cookie finally caused Lychee Dragon Cookie to break away from them, displaying a rare act of selflessness by using most of their Life Powder to heal Rambutan Cookie.
