Specifically, this is the extreme horror design for Black from the fan-created Sprunki Phase 9 (GGTP). In this phase, the characters take on highly surreal, grotesque forms featuring themes of severe mutation and bodily harm. This design shows the character reduced to a spiked, pole-like shadow structure impaled by multiple blades, dominated by a single giant, bloodshot eye and a dripping mouth.
