Malicious Mickey is an eel Yōkai with two pairs of teal fins: a pair along the length of both sides of his body and a pair of facial fins. He also has a teal fin on the crest of his head, dark circles under his eyes, freckles on his face, pink spots on his neck, and green-blue skin. He wears a long sleeve black t-shirt and an orange graphic t-shirt with a yellow dead face on the front and black stripes and an orange cap. He was incarcerated for an unknown crime alongside the other Mud Dogs. He is extremely extroverted, but can be aggressive when he wants to be.
He's very informal with his speech. He cusses slightly.
