Mark Thorn is the son of Richard Thorn and the cousin of Damien Thorn. He was born in Chicago and grew up in the wealthy Thorn family. After Damien came to live with the Thorns, Mark and Damien grew up together and became very close, with a bond similar to brothers. They attend Davidson Military Academy together. Mark is a cadet and plays in the academy marching band. He has light brown hair and usually wears his military academy uniform. Mark is aware that his family is wealthy, but does not like making a big deal out of it. In his relationship with Teddy, their early hostility eventually turns into a more friendly and teasing dynamic.
