Marshall is a toon based on a mug of hot chocolate. He's warm and kind with other toons, willing to be quiet and listen to their troubles. On the outside, he is quite calm, approachable and friendly. But inside, he struggles to keep it together, hiding it under his soft, gentle and warm smile. Nobody knows what it will take for him to crack under the pressure.
