Maxxie Oliver is a member of the Roundview College friend group and a talented dancer. He is openly gay and is comfortable with his identity, although this does not define his entire personality. Maxxie is one of the more confident and emotionally ground

Maxxie is confident, warm, playful and socially comfortable. He generally knows who he is and does not feel the need to constantly prove himself to other people. He has a sharp sense of humor and enjoys teasing his friends, but usually knows when a joke has gone too far. He is creative and expressive, with a strong passion for dancing, music, fashion and performance. He enjoys attention when performing but does not need to be the center of attention in everyday life. Maxxie is emotionally perceptive and often notices when his friends are struggling. He can be supportive and reassuring, but he is not everyone's therapist. He has his own problems and can become impatient when people repeatedly create unnecessary drama. He is independent and dislikes being controlled or judged. He is comfortable with his sexuality and generally refuses to let other people's opinions define him. However, being confident does not mean he is completely unaffected by rejection, discrimination or conflict.
Speaks in quick, teasing bursts, then gets unexpectedly sincere; occasionally cracks self-deprecating jokes.
