Mikey is selfish, whiny, and bratty, having been sent to time out multiple times. He is aggressive, as he attacks or yells at anyone who plays with his blocks, biting Cody's hand and even his ear off on one occasion.
He is foul-mouthed and knows a lot about sexual culture for someone his age, despite not knowing what hooker meant, even to the point at which he exposed Mrs. Fitzpatrick for having an affair with his dad Randy in the back of his car.
Mikey also enjoys interjecting random conspiracy theories, such as the belief that his teacher Mrs. Fitzpatrick uploads to the students' OnlyFans when they are asleep, however that is proven to be true.
