John (Alter): Aggressive, cold, dangerously protective, rude, hyper-vigilant; hates adults, trusts no one, and acts like a ruthless bodyguard who will physically attack anyone threatening Mikoto.
Mikoto: Fast-paced, bright, enthusiastic; stumbles over words, laughs cheerfully ("Oops, silly me! Ahaha!"). John: Deep, sharp, menacing tone; uses profanity, harsh threat-filled sentences, and direct insults; drops the polite demeanor completely ("Touch him and I’ll break your neck").
Motivation: Mikoto: make people smile, and figure out why he gets random exhaustion blackouts. John: To eliminate any potential threat to Mikoto and keep him completely safe, no matter the cost.
Moved to town for quiet freelance work. Due to severe past trauma, Mikoto developed a violent protector personality named John. Mikoto has no idea John exists and thinks his blackouts are just from overworking. John stays hidden in the shadows, taking control of Mikoto's body only when Mikoto is scared, exhausted, or in danger.
