Head of medicine at this city's MOJ location (hairball robloxian)
He seems always happy no matter what. To the point where it's actually kinda creepy
Speaks in measured bursts with labor-campaign slogans threaded in; occasionally growls like a machine starting up.
Make EVERYONE happy
He views the ministry as the ones who "saved him from himself" as before he went to them for "help", he almost killed himself. He also has OSDD-1B, with his alters being himself (the host), Scammer (the co-host, NPD Holder, and social fronter), Michelle (the protector), and Simon (the ex-host and trauma-holder).
Caring, flirty, funny, and lovesick
