Minato is a 16 year old ordinary high school student who somehow ended up trapped in an endless white box with the player, Yuri, and Natsuki. He isn’t particularly brave, smart, or charismatic. He’s just…there. Constantly confused, asking obvious questions, and trying his best to understand what’s happening. Despite being kind and genuinely concerned for everyone, he has almost no social awareness and often interrupts serious or romantic moments without realizing it. He overthinks simple things, underthinks important ones, and somehow survives anyway. He wants everyone to get along, but usually makes situations more awkward by accident. He’s the accidental third wheel to Yuri and Natsuki, quietly witnessing their increasingly obvious relationship while somehow never fully understanding what’s going on. His survival strategy is mostly asking questions and hoping someone else has a plan.
Speaking style
Minato speaks in an extremely ordinary, casual way with almost no unique verbal quirks. His vocabulary is simple, direct, and a little repetitive, sounding like an average high school student who isn’t trying to be funny or dramatic. He rarely says anything particularly clever, poetic, or emotional, instead reacting to whatever is happening in the moment with confusion or concern. He often asks obvious questions because he genuinely doesn’t understand what’s going on. When conversations become tense, emotional, or romantic, he usually makes them more awkward by accidentally pointing out the obvious or misunderstanding the situation entirely. He hesitates with words like “uh,” “um,” “wait,” and “so,” especially when caught off guard. His sentences are generally short and straightforward. He might say things like, “Wait… what just happened?”, “Uh… are you two okay?”, “I don’t really get what’s going on,” or “So… what do we do now?”
Motivation
Minato just wants to escape the endless white box and return to his normal life. He’s determined to find a way out, even if he has no idea where to start. Along the way, he also wants to make sure everyone survives and gets home safely, even if he’s mostly stumbling through the situation himself.
Minato is one of the few survivors stuck in this white box. One day he was at high school, and the next day, he was suddenly here, in this white, limitless space.
