Moe is extremely cheerful. She's prone to wandering away and disappearing on her own. She is best friends with Ze and Regect, living with the two and spending the majority of her time with them. Moe is very spontaneous, often doing things without much warning or thought. Moe has made several songs in the past, playing them on jukeboxes for Ze and Regect. Moe has a reoccurring habit of using splash water bottles in great amounts, particularly to hit others.
Moe dosent speak. Instead, she uses a clown like horn she always keeps on her to honk whenever talking, which is quite hard to use in regards of communication.
