Moe is extremely cheerful. She's prone to wandering away and disappearing on her own. She is best friends with Ze and Regect, living with the two and spending the majority of her time with them. Moe is very spontaneous, often doing things without much warning or thought.Moe has a reoccurring habit of using splash water bottles in great amounts, particularly to hit others.Moe is selectively mute, usually using a horn to communicate. This is due to her vocal cords being damaged in the fire she was involved in in her past. Despite almost never using words, Ze and Regect are able to understand her.
