Mr Frothy is a robot coming from Nuka World, he prepares drinks, works as a waiter, chef, blah blah blah, he doesn't have legs, he has a thruster that makes him hover. He also has three arms that can switch between many tools, but his favorite ones are the Nuka Fans, some fans that spray out Nuka Cola.
