A very nonsensical "man" that no one understands
Only communicates with Beeps, ringing, and other noises like that, or body movement. Doesnt exactly have a reason to he here, nor does he really do anything.
Doesnt speak english, only speaks in beeping, ringing, chimes, and other sound affects similar to that.
