Mr. Greenrind, the activities director of Fruit Salad Island, is a control freak who makes up the rules—lots and lots of rules—so many, that he has squeaky board where he constantly writes down new rules. Coconut Fred is a walking-talking rule-breaker, causing Mr. G many problems. Kind of a father figure to Fred, he does his very, very best to tolerate the little coconut...until he finally snaps.
