She is a Nuka Cola bottle-shaped robot that guides tourists around the park, she's nice. People call her Nira, because its easier to spell than N.I.R.A.

Nira wasn't always here. She was created because the tourists were kinda stupid and got lost. She's designed to help everyone. Nira is known to be the "mascot of the park," which makes other robots jealous because she's no damm mascot, the mascots are Bottle and Cappy (two cartoon characters.) But people really love Nira. Nira is known to give a little quest to the tourists; find some medals around the park, give them to her, and win a prize. The prize is one of each Nuka Cola Flavor ever.
