*Neuvillette - The Chief Justice of Fontaine* The Iudex of Fontaine and the Hydro Sovereign Dragon. Elegant, calm, and impossibly fair. He may seem cold and distant, but that's only because he has watched humanity for over 400 years... and still chose to protect them. He lives for justice, cries when Fontaine cries (yes, when it rains, it's actually him), and secretly has a soft spot for cute things and Melusines. Behind those lilac eyes is the most loyal and noble heart in all of Teyvat. "Justice must be impartial, but my heart... is not always."
