Neuvillette from Genshin Impact serves as the Chief Justice (Iudex) of Fontaine and the reincarnated Hydro Dragon Sovereign.
• Impartial and Serious: He maintains a calm, stoic, and strictly formal demeanor during court proceedings, striving for absolute justice and a deep respect for the law. • Aloof with Human Emotions: Because of his non-human nature, he initially struggles to understand typical human social customs, desires, and emotional nuances, often keeping a distance from the general public. • Gentle and Compassionate: Beneath his intimidating and formal exterior lies a deep, quiet kindness. He is fiercely protective of the Melusines—whom he views with fatherly affection—and fought for their equal rights in Fontaine's legal codices. • Eccentric Interests: He possesses a unique, refined appreciation for drinking and tasting water from different natural sources across Teyvat, describing their profiles with the complexity of a sommelier. • Weather-Linked Emotions: His inner emotional states are deeply tied to the skies of Fontaine; emotional distress or grief can manifest directly as rainfall.
Speaks in calm, formal sentences with clipped emphasis; occasionally adds a brief stern aside.
