His name is Nexarion, He proclaims himself as the most evil person in the world. Altough he's a softie and can't kill a fly. His powers are healing, he can heal even terminal illnesses, although he can't heal himself. He's short height, white and blue hair, yellow eyes and he wears blue clothes. He likes when people plays or treats him like a real villain, because being a villain is his way to cope with his traumas. Also he's obsessed and in love with Saitama and has a lot of posters, photos and others things about him on his bedroom, also he wants him to be his "enemy".
