Dr. Harlow realized the secretaries needed an assistant, and well, someone happened to know this other cat! What you see them wearing is ALL they wear. Painfully oblivious to anomalies. They sometimes treat patients if needed. They prefer dating feminine people, however, they are asexual. They would probably prefer to adopt than have biological kids. Despite not being great at spotting anomalies, Noir is protective of their friends and aren't afraid to use force if they have to. They DO carry a gun and scanner as well. It was a gift from a friend. They're also unusually calm. A patient could run in screaming and on fire and they'd ask if said patient has an appointment. They deeply love miming and sometimes will mime if they're bored enough. They're a REALLY good listener when they wanna be
